Lol, that's dumb. Blacks and whites have different arrest rates. You need to control for number of arrests, not population size. Of course more blacks are going to get shot per capita if they commit more crime.

I'll point you again to the last link:

We find that, across several circumstances of police killings and their objective reasonableness, Black suspects are more than twice as likely to be killed by police than are persons of other racial or ethnic groups; even when there are no other obvious circumstances during the encounter that would make the use of deadly force reasonable. - source

Unfortunately it cost $31 to access this study. Did you read it? Do you a have link to a free version?

This claim sounds impossible to support scientifically :

even when there are no other obvious circumstances during the encounter that would make the use of deadly force reasonable.

Reasonable according to who?

Here is the paper with the quote: https://www.bu.edu/bulawreview/files/2020/05/07-FAGAN-CAMPBELL.pdf

I miss-cite it above. A free version of the one I cite is here: https://www.chea.upenn.edu/wp-content/blogs.dir/70/files/sites/70/2020/10/Racial-Inequity-in-Fatal-US-Police-Shootings.pdf

Reasonable according to who?

There's an extensive discussion about reasonableness, because of how case law has allowed police to kill people in a situations in which most people would consider unreasonable.

You're citing neoliberal propaganda designed to hide reality that black people fundamentally cause black criminality.

It's the low IQ equivalent of proclaiming:

"More men are in prison for murder than women. More men resist arrest than women. Such inequity! The system is rigged!"

Retardation like that is common among blank-slate-theory neoliberal and communist propagandists. Deploying correlation-causation fallacies to every topic they touch is the leading tactic of their cult ideology.

Calling it that doesn't make it so.

If you've got research that shows that, present it. But that doesn't make the article in the Boston University Law Review incorrect. At most it will give a different analysis. Probably less informed, to be fair.

"More men are in prison for murder than women. More men resist arrest than women. Such inequity! The system is rigged!"

I disagree with this analogy, because when you correct for circumstances, you still get more blacks shot by police.

But I suppose that you know that, since there's no reason to argue by analogy if the data supports your actual claim.

I'm merely calling it what it is: neoliberal propaganda.

I disagree with this analogy, because when you correct for circumstances, you still get more blacks shot by police.

False.

The analogy is fitting. More blacks deserve to be shot by police, much like more men deserve to be shot by police: they are committing actions that lead to the outcome of being shot by police.

More blacks deserve to be shot by police, much like more men deserve to be shot by police

No, that's exactly what the data doesn't show. When you correct for circumstances, you still get more blacks shot by police.

False.

Okay, I've shown you the data and analysis that shows it to be true.

You claim "false" but with no data or analysis. Show me this analysis: I'm not remotely impressed by your personal opinion.

No, when you adjust for the fact that blacks are more likely to resist and fight back, it shows that's not the case.

    Show me this analysis.

Honestly, this situation is never going to change because Black communities bring the stereotype with them.

Look at South Africa. Police are still going to kill them, even when they themselves run the country. Segregate them or give them their own nations, but it's pointless to force White people to magically change their standards around them for as long they're at the bottom of society.

It's more or less proof that diversity doesn't work, or it doesn't need to be practiced. Because there are so many problems associated with it, but very few answers as to HOW we can make the system perfect.

Why do you show respect to this openly anti-white poster but treat me like shit?

Because you are either a dyke or a tranny, and neither deserve respect.
