I understand where you're coming from, but I believe the birth rate issue is much more complex than that.

60 years ago, a single man could have worked a low skill job, but still make enough to provide for his family, own a house and a car.

But because of mass immigration and Feminism, Women now joined the workforce and immigrants brought the value of labor down. The cost of living basically priced out the idea of anyone having large families because it's now seen as a burden rather than a positive.

Whites leaving the cities for these suburbs and rural areas doesn't actually fix this issue. It's been the opposite. They've been moving to these small towns and buying up all the local houses. But this lead to a surge in demand and bidding wars that the non-city people could never compete against.

The point of feminism is spot on. Its probably the second leading cause behind birth rate collapse after urbanization.

As far small town people being priced out...new villages and towns will be founded. Half the people of NYC can't cram into a dozen villages. Over time it will lead to a more dispersed and less urban population.
