1) Dating isn't "trad" by any past society's standards (Ancient Greece, Rome, the Germanic pagans, Christianity) and there is nothing conservative about promiscuity (what exactly are you conserving by being "promiscious"? your dignity? your virginity? what?). We should ideally return to a more chivalric culture of proposals and arranged marriages.

Promiscuity and arranged marriages have existed side by side for millennia. Not to defend promiscuity, but especially given the current state of society, people are entitled to make their own choices on how to conduct themselves.

2) Any Christian person (male or female) who engages in pre-marital sexual activity, whether flirting, kissing, touching or sexual penetration (especially in a passage other than their vagina), is disobeying the clearly-stated religious laws of their holy texts and their validity of being a "conservative Christian" is laughable.

Even flirting? That's beyond puritanical. I doubt the number of Christians conforming to the standards you describe have ever broken the five percent mark in any era. A brief examination of folk tales and songs will confirm that much. What you're describing sounds way more like the liberal unsexing of people in an attempt to produce a homogeneous, uniform, equal humanity, rather than the conservative and healthy religious norms of previous societies.
