There's a few variables and outcomes worth considering.

How long until a sufficient number of Hispanics realize that they don't need the democrat party to get what they want? Then Blacks, and then maybe even Whites? Another question I have is, are there concessions (lines) to the various groups that the democrat won't cross? If so, then once they reach a breaking point within the democrat party then it follows that you'll see that group go off on it's own.

There's something to be said about creating a third party as they can have control over the other two if it comes down to having enough votes to enact something, i.e. give us what we want or you won't get what you won't, blocking, etc.

Agitating for Reconquista of some areas can make sense in this context if it allows the rest of the country to debride itself of the problem areas and people. The problem then is staying the course on agreed borders. Not very optimistic on that.
