At first glace this might seem logical. It's certainly true that I'm not tempted to get in bed with Buck Angel (who incidentally is actually pretty cool) but this logic breaks down when you consider there's no reason someone can't be unattracted to both. If you're only attracted to women* who look like women* and have the usual parts women* are supposed to, that's completely normal and means you're straight.

*Or men if you're a woman.

First off, the OP posted on a subreddit aimed towards mentally ill men, posing as "women". There's no "ladies" in that subreddit. As a heterosexual male (an actual real one) I missed the days when gays were fighting to be seen as the same as everyone else, just same-sex attracted. Nowadays you have obviously gay men ashamed of their sexuality & fighting for one male to be seen as a "woman", to alleviate their internalized homophobia.

As far as straight men not wanting a "man" with a vagina? There's no such thing. Those individuals are females hopped on testosterone, who believe they're "men". They're still females, & no I wouldn't sleep with them, because of their desire to be seen as men, as to go so far as to pump one's body full of hormones. I wouldn't sleep with the majority of female bodybuilders either. Guess what, they're still biologically female & trans "women" are still males. Therefore a "straight" male engaging in intimate relations with another male, isn't straight. Doesn't matter if said male pumps himself full of estrogen & inverts his genitalia. From my understanding of the Reddit post from OP, his "girlfriend" didn't even do that & still has HIS male genitalia. I'm curious if they can figure out what 'man' and 'woman' is supposed to look like. Apparently a man sucking dick isn't gay if the penis person "looks like a woman" in every other respect. People are pointing to other better-passing transmen (note the conspicuous absence of Elliot Page) as proof that these people are the opposite sex. The only reason OP went to post this in the first place is because his friend's honesty got to him. For once in probably several years he's forced to realize, however briefly, the fact he's blowing a dude and calling it having a girlfriend.

Now he needs a horde of other perverts to reassure him. Because if he asked cis women he'd get the answer he didn't want.
