The only reason OP went to post this in the first place is because his friend's honesty got to him. For once in probably several years he's forced to realize, however briefly, the fact he's blowing a dude and calling it having a girlfriend.
Now he needs a horde of other perverts to reassure him. Because if he asked cis women he'd get the answer he didn't want.
