WorkDay

The finance, HR, and planning system for a changing world.

Why. Why would HR need to know who you fuck. Is your salary or career advancement connected to answering this?

It's standard practice where I'm from, for "diversity monitoring" or whatever. I normally just put "prefer not to answer".

The irony of mentioning physical sex on "pansexual", but not homo or hetero.

I would not tell my work my sexuality. Not like this even gives the option for my sexuality though considering I'm same-sex, not same-gender attracted.

It should be illegal for companies to demand their employees disclose their sexual orientations. Also, the got the definitions completely wrong.

Wel, the 'prefer not to disclose' is there, so at least there is something for the people who don't want to engage with this shite.

It's a voluntary disclosure, which I was happy to do right up until A) I read this bullshit and B) found that I was not able to submit the form without at least clicking "Prefer Not To Disclose" for gender woo woo and pronoun honorifics

I think we should all, and I mean heterosexual people too, click on prefer not to disclose.

Do you love your job?
If the answer is 'No', sue them for homophobia and discrimination.
Costing them money is the only way this insanity stops.

Talked about this to one of my oldest friends (first person I ever came out to 15 years ago, straight liberal white woman in the top quintile of earners living in 90% white area of Chicago) and was told that I am "seeing problems where there aren't any" and that she can't even relate to me anymore because I've "shifted so far to the alt-right (!?)"

Shocking. Gaslighting. Wokeness is a fucking mind virus.

Depending on which state you live in, this could be a civil rights violation.

HomoSEXual but mentions gender and not sex. Why is it always homosexuals who have to bend the knee?

At work? Isnt that a violation of privacy? (US here) If my job asked me that I would tell them to fuck right off.

Apparently only a bisexual can be attracted to someone on the basis of sex, since sex doesn't matter in clownworld.

This form uses 'gender', 'gender identity' and 'sex' separately and seemingly interchangeably. Is there any definition of these terms anywhere?

WTF is that definition of asexual?
