There are many reasons people gain weight, many of which are beyond the person's control. In recent years, most US states have had an exponential increase in obesity statistics. Leading causes of obesity are thyroid problems and/or depression and/or a bad diet due to a lower income and/or a lack of exercise because one's job requires them to be in a chair for 12+ hours/day and/or diabetes. What's crazier than that is for this Barbie to hunt down the information about dead obese people in order to fat shame them.

Dear Americans. Please listen. The reason y'all are fat is because you eat shit. It's not entirely your fault. In my country we still have a vague concept that corporations must be kept in check from putting too much shit in their food, while in USA they would freely cover everything and anything in sugar.

I was shocked to try the American corn flakes cereals. THEY HAVE SO MUCH SUGAR. It made me sick. I still remember it because it upset me to think a kid would have that as breakfast every morning. Our cereals here have no sugar.

I keep dreading that in the future our food will slowly devolve into that crap. We already got an invasion of McDonald's and fast food.

I really do not understand how can you let yourself go so much, I was born rather weighty and I have been rather overweight, but not hugely, all my life and I've never really let myself be so fat that it is a huge hinderance to my life.

I do not eat fast food and I do not make excuses, I know what I am and why I am like this, it is OKAY to BE like this but it is NOT okay to think it is healthy and fine.

On the one hand twins always seem to be the same weight as each other so there is a genetic component to weight. But diets clearly work, and there is absolutely no way that obesity is forced on anyone by genetics. It is unfortunate that liberals enable this kind of self harm when it is clear that those people need help and that being fat is killing them.

This is the perfect example of how the left thinks they are the good guys while doing evil. The best thing that anyone can do for fat people is help them break away from the excuses they cling to so they can find the willpower to change their lifestyle.

Weightloss is absolutely possible for everyone.
