This is a perfect example of why I hate the concept of race. It's never used for positive reasons - just to exclude qualified people from work and deny them economic opportunities, based on where their ancestors lived in 1600.

You are not "repairing" 400 years of history by telling a recent college graduate that you don't have a job for him because you found a guy whose skin reflects less light. You're just fucking a hardworking kid out of his future.

This explains why the S&P 100 is starting to suck ass right about now and if they don't change will get worse and worse. I like it because big corporations suck and white people starting their own companies is the best thing for everyone.

I heard that a lot of private companies that would have been good candidates to go public in the past are avoiding it these days because there are now too many downsides. ESG is no doubt making it pretty undesirable.

Very positive.

If it holds we will start to erode the associations between race and class that are the source of racial bias.

LMAO, just look at Disney to see how well that went. Diversity hires will burn down entire departments with their incompetence, if not the whole corporation. Most of these hires were probably DEI and HR training anyway, and will just get purged in the near future.

Very positive.

It's not positive. It means less jobs for white people.

If it holds we will start to erode the associations between race and class

Not for Jews. They'll stay the ruling class no matter what.

racial bias

Is a good thing. It literally saves lives.

It's not positive. It means less jobs for white people.

Fewer jobs for white people.

A job is a job. It puts the same money into the economy whoever's doing it.

Not for Jews. They'll stay the ruling class no matter what.

It's the associations with underclass that is the cause of the problems.

Is a good thing.

Not in the big picture. It's the basis behind racial problems.

It literally saves lives.

By what mechanism?

[–]Ethnocrat 5 insightful - 1 fun5 insightful - 0 fun6 insightful - 1 fun -  (20 children)

Fewer jobs for white people.

English isn't my native language, so give me a break.

A job is a job. It puts the same money into the economy whoever's doing it.

I don't give a shit about GDP. I care about white well-being.

It's the associations with underclass that is the cause of the problems.

They are an underclass. They've been since ancient Egypt.

Not in the big picture. It's the basis behind racial problems.

Racial problems are caused by diversity.

By what mechanism?

Just look at interracial homicide statistics.

White people build countries and economies. There’s a reason the British once owned 40% of the globe: they were white and they executed felons, removing the low IQ criminal element to some extent.

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (12 children)

What happened?

Did they stop being white, or did they instigate a felon breeding program?

Australia's economy must be especially shit.

They let the bleeding-heart liberals make them feel bad about it and started letting negros in.

[–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (10 children)

Really? When were the first black British people?

Because I'd always thought that the Roman invasions in the 2nd and 3rd century AD brought black people to Britain.

I'm pretty sure Septimius Severus was based in York for a bit about then.

[–]blackpoop321 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (9 children)

That's not a thing. Exceptions, or minorities kept in check were never a problem. It becomes a problem when you let them band together and outbreed the natives. But you already knew that, didn't you Rabbi?

[–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (8 children)

Who was keeping Septimius Severus in check?

Who are the natives of Britain? The Picts?

[–]ActuallyNot 2 insightful - 2 fun2 insightful - 1 fun3 insightful - 2 fun -  (5 children)

English isn't my native language, so give me a break.

Tbh it's a very nuanced point. You can probably use "less" for countable nouns, as you see it more and more.

But it amuses me in particular when talking to people who are worried about black people taking all the jobs if they make grammatical errors. Less amusing for people in their second language of course.

I don't give a shit about GDP. I care about white well-being.

Really? What's your first language?

They are an underclass.

Yeah, not so much

They've been since ancient Egypt.

There's no evidence of any historicity to Exodus. The story was created during the Babylonian exile, 597-539 BCE, maybe 6 centuries after exodus was set, assuming that exodus was set during the reign of Ramses II.

Racial problems are caused by diversity.

Not of itself. They're caused by diversity being associated with differences in social class.

Just look at interracial homicide statistics.

This is one of the things that is dissolved when you achieve social class equality between racial groups.

[–]Ethnocrat 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

What's your first language?

Dutch.

Yeah, not so much

What do you mean?

There's no evidence of any historicity to Exodus. The story was created during the Babylonian exile, 597-539 BCE, maybe 6 centuries after exodus was set, assuming that exodus was set during the reign of Ramses II.

Why are you talking about Exodus? I'm talking about blacks. I think you're confused.

Not of itself. They're caused by diversity being associated with differences in social class.

That's just patently false.

This is one of the things that is dissolved when you achieve social class equality between racial groups.

I highly doubt that, and achieving social class equality between racial groups is literally impossible because racial groups are inherently different. I mean, the US government has already spent trillions trying to achieve just that and it's been a massive failure.

Why are you talking about Exodus? I'm talking about blacks. I think you're confused.

Is this the same conversation you're having?

Because you're not talking about blacks

Not for Jews. They'll stay the ruling class no matter what.

They are an underclass. They've been since ancient Egypt.

Are you not following the conversation? The reason we were talking about underclass was because the Jews aren't.

Why are you talking about blacks? I think you're confused.

    It's obviously your job.

You're doubling down on big not-so-racist having the money to send people into minor corners of the internet where posts will be read by literally tens of people, leading to the overthrow of legal systems?

You need to lay off the coolaid, ID10T.

    Idiot.

was there significant subsidizing of 'minority hires' as part of the trillions (taxpayers money and inflation machine) in the biden-pelosi porkzilla squanderings ?

    [–]jet199 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

"People of colour" doing a lot of heavy lifting there

"People originating on the Asian continent" is probably more accurate.

    [–]cunninglingus 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

    People originating on the Asian

Yes - the only ones - other than whites - getting the better jobs, whereas numerous lower wage employees were often non-white non-Asian, and likely willing to take part-time low wage jobs. I think it's an excellent report, especially for what it addresses in the lower number of "white" hires, though it gives too much credit to Black Lives Matter. The diversity hiring trend is older than that, and it's especially economic (can't be all about 'woke' trends).

    [–]SMCAB 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

None of this will matter in reality. It matters from a forced diversity standpoint, surely, but from what's coming in this world it doesn't mean shit.

You will be in a massive depression here very shortly. Mid next year at the earliest.

As companies figure out to automate, coupled with cutting their biggest controllable expense (payroll) as they will most certainly do to remain viable and profitable, the cream will rise to the top and will get paid to perform, along with more work than they have ever been responsible for in their lives.

In short, these people being hired will be let go immediately, companies will need people they can pay and trust with their large workload, not diversity hires who don't do shit.

Disgusting. Also, I wonder how many of the higher level "white jobs" are actually Jews.

    [–]MagicMike 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

I bet those companies regret that.

S&P 100 is up 44.1% since the end of May 2020.

    [–]cunninglingus 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

Yep - and it's been interesting for me to see how this substantial growth in jobs and the economy is being avoided or spun in a racist direction by right wing media. Commentary on the Republican debate yesterday (via BBC in my case) addressed the interesting problem of candidates avoiding for the most part a proper discussion of a #1 issue for voters: jobs. Instead candidates pivoted to geopolitics and other matters, and to my knowledge this is relatively new (debates normally focus on jobs and domestic policy). We've seen a drop in full-time, permanent jobs for many years now in the US, which should get more attention. Companies also favor lower-wage international employees for many of the highly skilled jobs (H-1B visas). Would be great if politicians could address those problems.

If you're hiring for diversity after first vetting for competence, I don't have a particular problem with that. If you're hiring for diversity ahead of competence, enjoy the suck that your company will inevitably sink into.

    [–]UncleWillard56 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

    So much for diversity.
