I don't know what to make of this, I'm asking myself who benefits but I really don't have any good answer, because objectively Dugin seems to be such a low-priority target, both for the Ukrainians and for the Russians.

I'm surprised that you dont think Dugin would be a high priority target of the neocons running the Ukraine war in Washington. His name has popped up frequently in the Jew media here. I've seen numerous articles and hit pieces identifying him as Putin's brain. I would also imagine a lot of Russian Jewish oligarchs hate Dugin and blame him for Putin's nationalist turn.

If I had to place odds, id bet that this was most likely a CIA/MI6 operation, possibly aided by the mossad(since a shit ton of Israeli Jews came from Russia, including some oligarchs currently hiding out there). There may have been no Ukrainian involvement at all. Could have been pro globohomo Russian "dissidents"(or possibly some Ukrainians) trained and/or aided by the CIA.

There have been a recent wave of explosions in Crimea and other Russian held areas that seem to be part of a CIA campaign of terrorism/sabotage, probably using Ukrainians trained by the CIA, and this might also be part of that. The war has not been going well for Ukraine militarily and I think the Ukrainian Army is getting worn out at this point, so the CIA probably got the greenlight to go full on dirty war, using people they've been training. The targeting of Nuclear plants under Russian control was also possibly part of this campaign.
