No. No they won't because they will be destroyed. For Russia it's either: let the USA perform OPERATION UNTHINKABLE or nuke the West and hope to survive.

You seem unable to understand that there may very well be no time to launch anything from the West before the Russian nukes destroy everything. 5 minutes.

France and the UK have nukes, also there's american nukes in Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Turkey.

How does that help the globalists? It doesn't. Russia nuking the USA however, that fits PERFECTLY with their plans. Even if the West then nukes Russia.
