Let me rephrase it.

Declining birth rates is very important for a nation to address.

I don't get why South Korea addressing this is a good thing for non-South Koreans. The only way I can see it is as a case study of how decline of feminism affects a nation.

South Korea correcting the trend represents a success story. It would serve as proof to other world leaders and governments that you don't need mass migration to save your country from doom.

Of course, they [foreign governments] could always choose to ignore it, but people like us would have this information on file.
