I remember when I first saw the protest live. My immediate reaction was "this was clearly revenge for the George Floyd riots last year".

I never once thought there was going to be a government takeover. There was a huge mob but once they were inside, they just walked around and left.

But somehow the Liberal media kept claiming it was a "White supremacist" event even though "White supremacist" has always been used to describe the government. So dumb.

When I always see comparisons to the 2020 BLM protests, I always see the "93% peaceful" statistic, people noting that the perpetrators were dutifully arrested (moreso than 1/6) or claims that police clashes or far-right infiltrators caused all the damage.

I also see them heavily relying on white supremacy through the imagery (Camp Auschwitz/Confederate flag), claims that this was just a hysterical example of white privilege in the case of an election vs. what struggles blacks face.
