I disagree with the Arab countries. First because Islam sucks, especially with the Saudis promoting Wahhabism and giving birth to Bin Laden. They're basically richer versions of Africans who will chimp out on you if you make fun of their prophet.

Also, these nations feel like ticking time bombs when the oil runs out. It's not like they give the world anything else of great relevance like cars or computers.
