No this is totally stupid. Those attitudes were already present in the German population in many forms. Hitler didn't suddenly convince early 20th century Germans that their ethnic group was suddenly important. That's absurd. People already knew that for the most part. Hitler's attitudes were largely the norm in Germany at the time.

Show me proof that the German government at the time would have enacted the same laws as the third reich? Or what did the resistance look like back then, since Socialists were also in parliament, and they would have done away with those beliefs similar to the USSR.
