As otherkin said, no one cares.

I prefer the term Nationalist, in its classical sense. Nation, arising from Natio in Latin, which is the same as ethnos, which means race, or family. Under this meaning, all of our ancestors were Nationalists. The phrase 'ethno-nationalist' is a complete tautology, and 'civic nationalist' is a nonsensical oxymoron.

It all depends on how much optics matter to you.

What do you call the United States then, if we're going to follow the original definition of a nation? And what happens when millions of English speakers, the majority, start using a word in a different way? Doesn't language evolve?

On another note, was Rome at its largest extent considered a nation?

The United States is not a real nation.

It's a giant economic zone/empire based on liberal values.

Why would you post this again? What are you hoping to glean from this?

Alternative Right: Big Tent of european race-realist, nationalist, fascist ideologies that are not allowed to be part of mainstream conservativism

Alt-Lite: Mocking nickname the Alt-Right gave to Trumpists/America Firsters who are also western chauvinists but refuse to talk about about race or Jews because they're all about "western values"

This site is juvenile but not entirely wrong either. I don't know what flag that's supposed to be

This has already been posted in the longer form on this sub.

No one cares.

(BTW it's not even entirely inaccurate I just don't know if there's anything many of us would have to say about it.)

These distinctions don't really exist anymore. They're from 2014-2017ish.

The 'Alt-Lite' has been assimilated into mainstream conservatism in the US and some other countries, or they're at least adjacent to it. Certainly during the Trump era.

The 'Alt-Right' broadly describes people who are racialists, white nationalists and JQ-pilled, but there's no unified movement anymore. It's mainly groups and cliques who differ significantly on ideology. The guys at The Right Stuff/National Justice Party like Mike Enoch, James Allsup, and Eric Striker are not on the same page as the NPI/Radix people (e.g. Richard Spencer, Josh Neal) who are clearly not on the same page as the Red Ice people.

Nick Fuentes and the America First are a somewhat different animal again. They're paleocons who are (imo foolishly) hoping to take over the GOP. They're anti-Zionist and JQ-pilled Christians, and Nick Fuentes wants a "white supermajority" in America, but they have a weird non-white following.

Nick also seems to have clout with alt-liters like Milo Yiannopoulos (a known FBI and ADL informant). They hung out together and Milo apparently designed his website. Milo has openly admitted he sees Nick's followers as fertile ground to subvert, saying they need to shut up about Jews and race and recognise the problem Islam faces to America.
