I’m glad you mentioned this! I made it a resolution recently to go outside every day. Which is a sad commentary on where modernity has led many of us - but it is tangibly making my life better.

Big tip: read in the garden whenever the weather permits. Reading a book in the sun is one of life's greatest pleasures (don't take your phone or any other distractions), also in the garden you can be in minimal clothing for maximal D absorption (no homo) and you can walk barefoot on grass which is another great pleasure.

I go for lots of sunscreen in the face but a fair amount sun on skin that isn't seen a lot such as my back and my thighs. I don't want a wrinkly face when I am older but I want vitamin D and I don't really care about the skin on my back looking perfect.
