I appreciate the sun and nature more.

Vitamin D3 deficiency is correlated with literally every illness, mental and physical. Spend time in the sun everyday fam, it wasn't long ago we would be outside in the sun literally all day, it's a good idea to also supplement vitamin D3, especially in the winter. Doing like 7500-12500iu is fine too, don't listen to the (((recommended))) 1000iu, our whole society is engineered around limiting our access to the sun, it's a part of the post-war mass psyop (postmodernism, suburbs, fetishising travel/wanderlust and being uprooted etc all for atomisation) to make people depressed, nihilistic, deracinated, consumeristic, dependent on the system etc.

Sounds schizopilled but it's not. I actually learned about vitamin D3 from looking into health and fitness stuff with athletes and shit, not some conspiratard bullshit. Stan Efferding has some great talks, podcasts, videos etc discussing it. He considers vitamin D3 to be a steroid, this is a man who has worked with many world class athletes, held world records in powerlifting himself, and competed at a very high level in bodybuilding too. He knows his shit.

I’m glad you mentioned this! I made it a resolution recently to go outside every day. Which is a sad commentary on where modernity has led many of us - but it is tangibly making my life better.

Big tip: read in the garden whenever the weather permits. Reading a book in the sun is one of life's greatest pleasures (don't take your phone or any other distractions), also in the garden you can be in minimal clothing for maximal D absorption (no homo) and you can walk barefoot on grass which is another great pleasure.

I go for lots of sunscreen in the face but a fair amount sun on skin that isn't seen a lot such as my back and my thighs. I don't want a wrinkly face when I am older but I want vitamin D and I don't really care about the skin on my back looking perfect.
