Police brutality against black people has been a powder keg for decades.

I don't think you understand that just because people have historically got irrationally upset and destroyed things over perceived injustices doesn't mean their grievances actually have merit

It does - depending on you definition, which apears inconsistent. "Egalitarianism" can mean "all races are genetically equal in all respects, if not phenotypically" or "All races should be treated equally under the law". Regardless, both of these are falsified by reality (or are simply not teh actual policy). Criminality rates are not equal across races (just like IQ, etc aren't) and nonwhites are given preferential treatment in AA de jure through policy (and de facto in university admissions and employment). They are also allowed to have race-specific advocacy groups and PACs, something whites are denied

AA doesn't say you can only hire nonwhite people, it says you can't only hire white people. Prohibitting you from discriminating against nonwhite people is not discrimination against white people

Those groups push for equality. There are white advocacy groups like Salvation Army, food pantries, methadone clinics, CSRR, etc. You just dismiss them because they don't discriminate against nonwhite people or advocate for white supremacy.
