As I see it they have been trying very very hard to provoke an uprising. The old CIA uprising and conquest trick used on many countries. That was what the BLM riots and pulling down the statues of the founding fathers was meant for. But you end up looking pretty silly when only one side shows up to a civil war. I think they fell for their own propaganda that America is just full of white supremacists. They were hoping to kick off a race war and play the hero side to remove their own history of slavery and racism. But Their race war did not manifest. They settled for portraying this as something more than trying to stop the certification of an election they openly rigged. They probably rigged it so openly TO provoke a reaction.
