Shadenfreude is everywhere you will be.

EV batteries did not create this massive explosion.

Here's an interesting comment from one of the photos.

It is feared the blast was triggered by detonating electric car batteries.

Something was certainly detonated. Batteries aren't explosives.

Batteries can explode: https://youtu.be/jTbUP0sGQT8?t=44

Lithium and lead batteries can explode.

In this case, lightening caused the initial fire, according to the official reports.

And the jew is as always here to spread misinformation and defend the narrative

The computer in this example didn't even move during the alleged explosion.

If the that's an explosion, then soda explodes from a bottle.

That pressurized gases forcing out burning melted material.

that video does not show an explosion, it shows an energetic fire, which is a big difference.

Thank you. Murphy's Law is deeply concerning isn't it?

Perhaps we should go back to 9-volt-battery-sized batteries?

Won't a big enough battery destroy a city?

How big?

Remember that "fertilizer" explosion in Beirut or some middle east city last year I think

Electric-powered vehicles will soon be common. Safety will be addressed:

The rain of sparks are like burning metal pieces. Could be bits of lithium spread in the air.
In military explosives it is usually Magnesium that spark like that.
Maybe it was a battery factory? Or battery recycling?

That's a massive explosion.
Something exploded. Maybe with batteries.

depleted uranium makes nice sparkly explosions too. it wasn't likely that, and it was certainly not car batteries.

Lol yes they are. Tons of EV cars exploded in Florida during the last 2 hurricanes because salt water got into the batteries. There have been multiple cases of phones exploding in people's pockets because of faulty or damaged batteries.

They energetically start on fire, and the hyperbolic media exaggerates.

Lithium batteries don't really 'explode'. There's no detonation. There's plenty of videos on YouTube where intentionally punctured or overcharged cells 'burst' and burn very fiercely. The fire can spread rapidly, but takes time to spread between cells in a pack.

I wouldn't expect a battery fire to cause a blast/shockwave that can be felt from a distance, simply because battery packs are made up from large numbers of small cells that would burst individually as the fire spreads.

Lots of guessing in this article, but it was a huge explosion.

Journalism in the new age.

Read about an explosion, make up some details to smear some aspect of sound environmentalism.
