Even beyond malicious compliance, much more likely to be a kinder way from the doctor. I'd assume human is code for "if I don't call this person a woman, they'll cry and whine and complain and get us all fired and cancelled- but if I DO call them a woman, you'll treat them as if a woman was being treated and it could kill the person. This is my code for 'the patient is transgender' so we call her a woman while we realize we have to give her the men's treatment."

Everyone should follow the doctor's lead, and refeer to all questionables, as "human" during every interaction.

Make it sound weird. "Hello. Human."

Then, they'll inevitably claim that they're being destroyed when we call them "human".

It done properly, they'll demand that we stop calling them "human"

But, that was countered by this human's response, showing that they evolved to counter that winning move to "Oh no. You don't get to not play. You get in there, and you lose, and you raise my hand and say I won and that means I'M BETTER THAN YOU!"

Patient's actual biological sex is of vital importance in medicine. Trans people who ignored this have payed dearly. For example that pregnant transman who presented to an emergency room with hemorrhage and a beard and told the nurse "he was pregnant" without revealing her actual sex. The nurse thought she was dealing with a man suffering a pregnancy psychosis and thus proper care was delayed. The transman ended up losing her baby.
