If you want to help fellow Truelesbians keep reading

I felt lost, and somewhat hopeless when I saw truelesbians was banned. I still feel hurt over it but I feel better knowing I have this community. But what about everyone else still on Reddit, they are still lost.

It's up to us to hold our community together.

I had an idea that we might be able to reach out to more Truelesbian subscribers by looking at our inboxes. We have the usernames of anyone we have direct messaged while on r/Truelesbians.We could do a word of mouth and send them a link to let them know we have moved to Saidit. Tell them to message anyone they know that was on Truelesbians. If you have any other ideas on how to do this(or do it better) post below and let us know.

Let's help the ladies still on Reddit know that our community is still alive.

PS:I know the moderators wanted to be able to get a list of the subscribers and send them a message. DON'T post usernames. If you want to share that info ask a moderator if you can send them a list.

Not all of the people subbed were lesbians, I bet that half of it or even more were just our stalkers so I don't worry about losing too many of us due to the ban, but yes it would be nice to reach to those who may not be aware of the move to saidit due to their inactivity.

I know the chat for the sub is still active and the link to Saidit has been posted in it a few times, but there aren't that many users in the chat. Still, it's a start.

Why not keep the name TrueLesbians so that it would be easier to find for the people from that sub? There is a TrueLesbians on Saidit btw, but...something tells me it’s not the same one from Reddit...

Yeah, it looks like TrueLesbians is one person's anti- r/truelesbians sub(said?self?).. what a waste of a great sub name 😭

Perhaps we need to claim the TrueLesbians saidit sub and redirect it here?
