Been seeing the TRAs showing their asses on Twitter trying to claim the lesbians in the pictures are too manly to be women. Which is to be expected, their idea of lesbians is femme and nothing else.

I think that is possibly the most ironic thing i've ever heard in my life

I saw that too. Fuck their misogyny, butches are strong beautiful women, inside and out.

That's why butches are being so intensely pressured to "trans"-- men don't want them messing up their BEAUTIFUL PORNY DREAM of what lesbians are.

And, I ask you: what could be more relevant to a lesbian... than whether MEN find her fuckable?

How dare lesbians be themselves instead of capitulating to straight mens fantasies!

Makes sense since straight men don't usually like studs/butches.

Of course India Willoughby had to show up those exact replies. He really is insufferable and stupid.

I can't wait for the day when this is all over, and it's ok to like JK Rowling again. It'll be so funny seeing people who had an issue with her pretend that they've loved her this whole time

Yeah, it'll be like after the Allies won WWII, and suddenly everyone and their dog turned out to have been in the French Resistance! Makes you wonder how, with like 99% of the population working against them, the Nazis ever managed to occupy France at all... 🤔

This is great! Is it safe to say now that JK Rowling is our biggest ally?

I would add Helen Joyce to the top tier. She's not as well-known as JK Rowling but she's been very vocal and was called to arms by what she recognized as the transing and sterilizing of suspected gay kids. Her book Trans: When Ideology Meets Reality is an excellent read for people to get up to speed. She's fearless, principled, balanced, compassionate, funny, and extremely articulate.

As if I couldn't love her more.

I'm glad to hear this. LGB Alliance has been earning my respect and is distinguishing itself as LGB-focused and against gender identity ideology but not in favor of one particular system of belief a la the radfems. In contrast, I think Get the L Out may be explicitly radfem. So what this tells me is that JK Rowling can see that there are non-radfem LGB people that have distinct interests in opposing gender identity ideology, namely the homophobia underlying it.

I hope so! I've been wondering about the extent to which JKR agrees with radfem beliefs. I am thrilled she platformed LGB Alliance; I am not thrilled she platformed Julie Bindel, a homophobic/biphobic "political lesbian" who doesn't seem to understand that monosexuals exist.

I admire these women and their bravery. They’re not taking any shit from TRAs!
