Upper class white gays flaunting their hedonistic lifestyles. Nothing new.

I really hate how hedonistic polyamory is destroying gay (sometimes even lesbian) relationships, there's always one gay man who is getting fucked over because his boyfriend/husband is too greedy and wants more.

I have several problems with this:

First, the horrible neologism 'thrupple' or 'throuple' sets my teeth on edge. It's an ugly word, and I hate how acceptable its use has become, especially when describing homosexual relationships.

Secondly, I don't get the idea of polygamy / 'open' relationships / whatever you want to call what's going on here. I was always under the impression that in any kind of love triangle, partner A wants to be in an 'open' relationship because I guess they struggle with commitment / are kind of a slut and partner B always agrees because they don't want to lose partner A, and then partner B just ends up jealous and unhappy.

Yeah, the dynamic completely changes between a couple and a... a group. Lol.

3 and more is a group, and follows group rules. 2 isn't a group, and allows for more... how can I say this. It's more flexible.

So am I the only one that's a bit creeped out that the middle guys face is not only really square but almost twice the size of the guy on the left?

And LOL the "Fire island" isn't that that high profile influencer island festival that turned out to be a total failure and scam with people stranded on an almost empty beach with no water or not enough tents to sleep in?

Fire Island is a beach town by the Hamptons in New York. It has some heritage with gay tourism/vacationing. You’re thinking of Fyre Festival in the Bahamas.
