Hell, even groups based around games have become infected with uwu trans uwu garbage. It's almost like they can't refrain from posting this shit when least appropriate.

Also, I heard about some mod groups that have transformed into utterly madness once they allowed the programing sock brigade to barge in, so there's that too.

Also, also:

The OP of the meme educating other men about how they should be "inclusive" about their dating choices, the OP even commented how dating a trans-identified guy changed his whole mindset..

They're lying or a chaser lol

One of the departments at my university has a Discord server managed by two of the professors (both female). Guys still post uwu trans and fetish memes all the time. I guess the exhibition also gets them off and/or they have no shame because of how accepted it is and how taboo it is to criticize it.

games

Apparently there was a certain amount of ado (isn't there always now?) around the new Hogwarts [second word] game where people wanted to make their characters transgender. What does that even mean in the context of a video game? Play as the sex you want and fuck off.

Because the identity is more important than the actual outcome.

There used to be this identity called "circumgender" which probably started as a joke but the Tumblr people got ahold of it and started using it. Basically it means a person who wishes they were born the opposite sex so that they could have then transitioned to their current gender ID just so they can have a trans label.

Enough people rightfully made fun of this but those exact people are now just identifying as queer or non-binary and saying they are trans but now they don't get the criticism.

It feels like 99% of trans people online enjoy being trans and being a sort of amalgamation of a female and male than just enjoying they're finally male or female, and can live in peace this way. Nah.

...if you actually had gender dysphoria and wanted to be in the body of the opposite sex, wouldn’t you just play video game as the sex you wanted to be? Like, why would you want to be reminded in a goddamn video game that you aren’t really a (who)man?

This is also what makes me scratch my head in the context of transitioning supernatural characters with superhuman regen abilities and drawing them with visible masectomy scars. This even begs for a question if this character can even physically transition as their regeneration will make them regrow the effects of top and bottom surgery. Or characters who can shapeshift - in their case I'm not even sure if there is any point in making them trans.

I remember discourse like this on Twitter about Smash Bros. A transbian argued since retconning straight characters into gay or bi is now acceptable for entertainment companies to do, Nintendo should make princess peach a trans woman. Like if you wanna pick a female character and play princess peach why can’t you just do that. If TWAW why is this a problem. Lol.

They can simp all they want for Nintendo, but Japan isn't going to go and trans one of their most iconic characters.

They're narcissists and it's all about attention and sympathy. They'll post anywhere some might support their ~stunning and brave~ sharing of shitty memes. Thus, they post everywhere regardless of how on-topic or appropriate it is.

And it's totally not suspicious how many gamers, even the more popular ones on social media, identify as some flavour of trans. I really wonder how some people explain to themselves why every second account they see is trans even if trans people make up less than 1% of general population? Even before my peak trans moment I started to be suspicious about it a few years back especially after joining a group chat where half of people were some form of "queer".
