To forget you need to know it. Majority of them (especially non-binary crowd) are just middle class white straight people, their life was easy, they never ever saw any discrimination or oppression at all, and now everyone validates them, so it became even easier. Most harm majority of them got was "someone misgendered me". There no surprise that in USA transgenders are the safest demographics out of all, and majority of transgenders who are killed are mostly gay people of color or involved in prostitution. In just one day there more men dying than transgenders in a whole year in USA, and in 2-3 days more women are dying than transgenders in USA.
