Yep, there are suggestions (1, 2), that interior of black hole (beneath event horizon) operates within negative or imaginary time (with inverted space-time coordinates being more specific). So that portion of energy infalling into black hole gets reversed, most probably in form of polar jets radiating scalar waves, i.e. dark matter. IMO we can feel this negative time even outside of black holes by their spaghettification effect, which disintegrates massive bodies during their fall into black hole as if gravity would get reversed there.
