I usually get my kratom from www.mitragaia.com, but there are probably better sources; about half the kratom I get from them underperforms, but I make up for it by getting it for cheap, in bulk, with crypto. So, I'm often getting around a 50% discount. Their best sales are usually about 30% off, and they give you 20% off for paying in crypto. I usually take between 6 and 11 grams, depending on how bad the pain is. Lately, I've been in the 9-10 gram range.

Sorry about the late reply. I've been off of this site for a while now. I'd recommend kratom for pain, red thai is my favorite strain right now, and it helps a ton. I pretty much judge whether a pathogen is sufficiently dead or not by whether or not I can trigger a herx/die-off reaction. I'm up to 20 minutes per frequency on bartonella. Not sure how much further I'll stretch it, but I've heard of people persisting at 45 minutes on a single frequency. I'm sort of doing this all by ear.

Yes, early on in my rifing experience, the die off was difficult because my detox pathways weren't doing well, and I was loaded up with toxins. I should have done a bunch of detox rife sessions before killing anything, but I'm stubborn and wanted to hit the root cause of my issues with everything I had. It can be mitigated though with a sufficient detox protocol. I take a lot of binders if I feel a particularly heavy herx coming on, activated charcoal, alka-seltzer gold, fulvic acid, an ir sauna, and a shake plate and nrf2 activation by juicing cabbage to get sulforaphane if I have the time/energy.

It's worth it though for any improvement in my symptoms, and I've improved immensely. I'm able to work, not at a standard job, but in my own business, where I can take a few days off if I'm feeling too shitty, but being able to work at all is a huge improvement from where I started. I was also barely able to walk at first. Just getting from my bed to the bathroom was horrible.

You might be able to find a chiropractor's office with a rife machine. If you go to lymenet.org, the folks there might be able to direct you to someone local. That way, you can try before you buy. I know that feeling about being wary of snake oil, but this is the best investment I've made, totally worth every penny. It is time consuming, but I'd imagine if you're in bad enough shape, you have plenty of time due to immobility and such.

Anyways, I highly recommend it. I'm thinking that bartonella was responsible for most of the mental stuff because most of those symptoms are gone, and something else must be responsible for my head and neck and back muscle pain and spasms.

Best of luck!

I use a gb4000 + MOPA setup. I had lots and lots of symptoms including pain all over, cognitive problems, extreme anxiety and depression, extreme energy issues, and I was experiencing inflammation after eating just about anything. I sort of recently switched from abx and herbs to mostly using my rife machine, and I'm almost done killing bartonella (might actually be done, but we'll see). I've been rifing for about 5 months after having this infection for 10 years. I've killed a few other pathogens including EBV and protomyxzoa rheumatica.

Basically, you figure out what frequencies are needed, for which there are lists and databases like gorchilin and cafl, and you sit in front of the machine as it hits you with each frequency. This can take as little as 15 minutes or as long as 4 hours depending on what all you do with it, and how dialed in your frequency list is because chances are that only 1-3 frequencies are needed out of a list of 18 potential frequencies for each pathogen.

I was only able to rife about 2x per week at first. At this point, I'm able to rife every day. Sometimes I rife twice in one day. My cognition has pretty much recovered. I think I have to target another pathogen to get rid of these muscle spasms. My pain is lower as well. Most of my bart symptoms are gone, and I think the remaining symptoms might be the other pathogens like mycoplasma and babesia and schistosoma. I'm rifing for multiple pathogens per session now that I can handle the die off and everything.

It's also great for supportive stuff, like there are frequencies for triggering nerve regeneration, collagen growth, bone healing, detoxing the liver and kidneys, reducing inflammation, etc. Overall, it has had the greatest return on investment out of all of the things that I've tried.

If you get lyme disease, or someone you love gets it, then buy a rife machine. It's crazy effective and will save you a lot of wasted time and effort.

That's weird because Jews keep pushing UBI. They tend to push for communism as a means of centralizing power to commit mass goy genocides like the Holodomor.

Conservatives when they find out a black man who's been killed by a cop has a criminal record by Drewski in memes

Yes because that's so rare. This is more like a liberal when they find that a black guy killed by any cop doesn't have a criminal record.
