If Labour oust Rosie, then I hope we lose that seat by a huge majority in the next GE. Yes, I'm a Labour Member, and an executive local position holder. She has my full support, and there are Women in this movement that refuse to back down. She has my full support and always will have.

Canterbury was always a Tory stronghold, and Rosie won it for Labour, and as far as I am concerned, she is one of our biggest assets in terms of MPs. She's compassionate, kind and a warrior in terms of Women's rights. She introduced legislation against Coercive Control, and worked tirelessly for survivors of DV.

If Labour bend the knee to the idiot faction within this party, then we deserve the impending annihilation we face.

For the UK females here on the left;

We are here. We are fighting. However I feel we've lost our party, and its time to reevaluate where we belong now.

All that screams to me; is actualisation of the track "Dead Skin Mask" by Slayer.

Which was about the depraved killer Ed Gein.

Sorry if I'm showing my age here. I loved Slayer in my teens and 20s.

Anyone who buys this needs their hard drive scrutinised.

It's still available as a Spotify Podcast Episode (Woman By Definition)

Edit: the link doesn't work directly, but if you search up Woman By Definition then it's there.

I'm really curious about what assigned reading material was 'blatantly transphobic'? You say they're a mental health therapist in training? Psychiatry needs students to explore the very diverse challenges of mental health. If there were reading materials discussing things like adverse childhood experiences, trauma informed care etc, then unfortunately for this individual; they would have had to accept that biology very much matters in this area, and it's not 'blatant transphobia' at all to learn about supporting people with these things.

Very selfish and spiteful behaviour. You go into a career like that to help others. Not make it all about yourself.

I love how warm & civilized s/Gendercritical is - so this is what a women’s space feels like by dandeliondynasty in GenderCritical

r/GC was mercilessly vilified all over Reddit for being a hate sub. I went there out of curiosity and found that it was warm, sensible and honest without being unkind. I subbed and could never understand the hatred it got. I saw lots of other women come in ready to argue against the supposed "hate speech" we were apparently engaging in. They stayed like I did.

People just see that you're Gender Critical or a Radical Feminist and think that automatically translates into 'raging Transphobe'. That is utterly ridiculous. We care about women and girls. We centre women and girls. That's all.

I certainly don't hate anyone, and I've never seen hatred being thrown at anyone else in GC spaces. I've seen disagreements, yes, but people can respect other's opinions without resorting to violence and threats. It's how we grow.

Wow – a trans person with common sense that is brave enough to be critical of TRAs and their lapses in logic by veruscka8 in GenderCritical

I do like RoD very much, however I do disagree on many topics pertaining to other political issues on Rose's channel. The Pillars of the Community and Trans Stupid series Rose made peaked me all over again. They're very well made.

I do find it incredibly disheartening that Rose, Blaire, Fionne, Debbie Hayton et al can publicly voice their annoyance and frustration with the current gender ideology and TR Activists with reduced backlash. We as women can't even agree with them without being viciously piled upon. I do understand that they get to have an authority voice on it because it concerns them, but they aren't subject to the rape and death threats women are even though these issues concern us too.

(FTR, nobody should be getting any sort of backlash or hatred for having an opinion, but it does piss me off that they're allowed to be freely critical, yet we get banned).

It can also have ramifications for your job or study. Flinging around accusations that someone is Transphobic can mean that companies, employers etc will be able to drop you due to you apparently breaching whatever equality policies they have in place. It has the potential to ruin people's livelihoods.

God I'm so Sick of Talking About Trans - Remember Women's Issues?? by Irascible-harpy in GenderCritical

I feel the transgender issue has forcibly been inserted into women's spaces and effectively shoehorned these incredibly important conversations into the back seat. I can't speak for other women; however I've experienced online conversations where topics like these have been derailed by people who feel the overwhelming need to make me shut up and "educate myself" that it's 'not just cis women that go through this' and 'not all women have XYZ anatomy'

I'm surrounded by the "sex work is work and empowering" crowd. Domestic violence? Oh well women hit men too! What about them? Want to discuss how I went through fertility treatment and my experience, when supporting another woman asking for this information? Well don't forget this is triggering to TW who will never get pregnant! Be Kind!

I'm tired of the transgender issue sucking the oxygen out of real and important issues like what you've mentioned here. I just don't know how we move these things forward without every discussion being forcibly derailed by this loud and obnoxious minority.

The GCGuys sub directed us to the GCtwitter, however there were replies stating they were off to get that banned too, so whoever runs that account needs to be aware that it's being targeted right now.
