    Nah, he was right in this case. Cops should not be blowing your door off its hinges at 3am without knocking, they have no excuses when they get shot by a homeowner who thinks they're robbers.

    America's whole legal system is fucked. The only upside to that situation is it will be deducted from his sentence as time served. Tiny, cold fucking upside though. We'll see what his sentence is, if they give him life without parole those 9 years served aren't going to count for much.

    They never told anyone why. Which means I know for a fact he was behind the legal wrangling trying to stall the case in hopes that evidence would go missing or something would happen to a key witness for the prosecution.

    No, if he gets the case delayed he should not get off on his crimes.

            Oh, this propaganda rag brought up Breonna Taylor, a known drug and illegal firearm middleman for her ex-boyfriend who was in jail for drugs and guns, and who was totally an EMT even though she had only been employed as one for a couple months years prior and opted to quit instead of follow through with an investigation into her medicine cart chronically missing narcotics.

            Whose boyfriend claims she was asleep when he opened fire but she was shot while standing up in the hallway, and who claimed he never heard the police announce themselves yet the neighbors across and even down the street said they were woken up by the police announcing themselves very loudly.
