Twitter isn't a platform designed properly for human conversation, so it's probably all really bots or bot-like human content. The design doesn't work for interaction, just for notification feeds. Any interaction should be assumed fake.

It works for memes. The problem is that Twitter has no integrity and they manipulate your feed and what you can say. A free Twitter like platform, if actually popular, could absolutely destroy the trance that the media has over people. It would be very hard for people to be insulated from outside ideas.
