I'm a fast food worker in NYC and I can't afford full-time daycare for my 3 kids. This sucks!!

I've never understood why anyone would want to live in NYC, especially if they're a fast food worker.

A lot of them do it for the ego. Some people will live like rats in a sewer to feel like they are "making it in the big city". You hear them say shit like "that is just the way it is in big cities". They want to be close to all the coolest bars they can't afford to go to.

You would hopefully have better arrangements or else why bother? It is like buying a puppy and housing it in a commercial kennel all the time. Just weird.

Mostly though the alcohol is for the parents having to raise the little ankle biter, as child are pathetic light weight bitches who can't hold their goddamned booze.

Raising kids doesn't cost much at all. The Amish put them to work around the farm, like everyone used to do for 6000 years, and the kids are worth more in labor than they cost in food. People used to have kids to help around the farm.

But if you are dumb enough to pay $20k a year on dr checkups and 27 injections that then make them autistic, immunocompromised, and allergic to food. Then another $10k a year to be brainwashed by strangers and emotionally detached from you. Well sure, that gets expensive.
