Would sending taxpayer money from White countries to third world countries be the most effective way to stop refugees and migrants?

The recent news that some Paki refugees died trying to get into Greece reminded me of my high school pro-refugee English teacher. Even though he was straight, white, old, and male, he was a massive liberal. He especially loved Hispanic mass migration. I remember one class where he seriously defended and supported more dreamers and illegal kids in the country by explaining that they were just coming for a better life and escaping countless problems in their home country.

I have no idea how he seriously thinks replacing Americans with Mexicans, Hondurans, or Guatemalans is good. While I understand that their country is terrible, I have seen all the problems these people cause in America. They are not innocent future doctors. They pretty much have no interest in education. They are focused on committing crimes and draining the US welfare state by pumping out as many kids as possible. Add to the fact that these people cannot even speak English and have no intention of returning home.

This is a similar issue for the Pakis trying to get into Europe. Paki refugees are some of the most violent refugees in Europe. They also have no interest in being normal. In addition to destroying Europe's demographics further, they also drain the country's welfare state. Sadly, some died, but it is good they were not allowed to reach Europe and commit more rapes and problems.

It would be great if America stopped starting all these wars and causing all these migrant problems. I saw that Italy does something like paying the Libyan government to avoid refugees and migrants from reaching Italy. It looks like it worked because there is a massive decline in migrant arrivals to Italy.

Ideally, this is where supporting 3rd world dictators would be of value.

You don't see North Koreans flooding to America because Kim Jong Un keeps them in check. Similarly, Gaddafi and Saddam also had immense control over their countries before they were killed.

So it could work. You just need to keep them alive in the process.

No, just brrrrrrr print money without getting Americans involved as the US was incorporated as a self-funding corporation and can print at will.
