Are black children thought at a young age to be violent or are they born that way when it comes to solving issues ?.

I went to public school with them. I think mostly born that way. They have lower iq, are more aggressive, have terrible impulse control, and more. This is seen all around the world. Nature also plays a role as most don't have fathers and the single mother is usually another terrible role model.

I remember in the 70's when mental hospitals were being closed and the government saying mentally ill people have rights, Law's need to be changed and start putting aggressive people in a mental institute or prison. Away from normal people.
