It was in Mein Kampf?

The Slavs were an inferior people taking up valuable agricultural land which, if properly worked, could feed millions. Of course the Slavs' slovenly practices ensured that the land always underproduced. You know the reason Hitler started WWII was to seize the food-producing areas of the Soviet Union.

The Ukrainians had been brutally oppressed by the (mostly Jewish) commissars and would greet anyone with joy who put an end to their rule. The Nazis quickly disabused them of the idea that they were liberators by crushing their national movements.

The hilfis were only recruited as a last resort because the Germans were undergoing a manpower shortage. Before that, the Germans were driving them on death marches or starving them to death in POW camps (where the "camp" was an open field ringed by barbed wire and machine gun towers). It was only in '44, when they were clearly losing, that it really got off the ground with the Vlasov army and such.

What, like Mein Kampf and Generalplan Ost?

Generalplan Ost is fake, you can find this out by paying attention when you're on the (((wikipedia))) page

Nowhere in Mein Kampf does Hitler talk about genociding slavs, something you'd also know if you read it. Maybe when you become literate you could try.
