This just reeks of cheap populism. For example this financial incentive to the families that decide to keep the children, like wouldn't everyone claim they wanted to have an abortion but then decided to keep the child?

I think the most realistic stuff that might happen is that nothing changes until like the month before the new elections, then they'll partly implement their social policies to buy off voters.

Maybe I'm just a grumpy cynic, we'll see, I hope they deliver on those promises, I'm just saying to wait out with optimism until this stuff actually happens.

No, the financial chil-bonus is for everyone, not just for those who decide to not get the abortion. That's just to boost natality overall. They are trying to find other means to prevent abortions, I'm not aware of what they plan to do about that.
