There's regular NSFW warnings for that. Those are better, because they come without the unnecessary ideological components.

Those have existed for a number of years on television. Some will say it is a sign that trigger warnings have been normal through the years, but of course, those are about the things IFRS has said and not about more trivial triggers or alt-right politics.

I think an NSFW warning isn't verbose enough it's better to have a short descriptor. The TWs I see on twitter are usually shit like nudity, graphic, violence, etc. Pretty useful.
