i dont like intermittent fasting for men

It does drop testosterone but most studies report heightened test levels after fasting. Those levels are also sustained.

I just don't believe it doesn't hurt muscle mass...

It only hurts muscle mass if you totally refrain from any exercise. Studies show that you need to do a bare minimum level of fitness during the fast. In fact the body preserves muscle on a fast because it needs it to hunt for food. Metabolism also goes up not down. Almost everything were told about fasting is a lie. Which makes sense because fasting conflicts with the sugar and constant eating pushed by mainstream food culture.

I increased my muscle mass and lost weight at the same time, despite people saying thats not possible. Workout + Fasting + Chicken

I track my fat, water and muscle %, so I know it works

I merely stated that I am skeptical. When training, I have noticed loss of strength and mass if I miss meals/protrib intake.

It works out if you take in sufficient protein on your eating days which is hard if you overdo the fasting.
