It only appears to be in favor of blacks. Overall you favor whites. So you're in fact not artificially lifting up blacks, but rather you're supressing them while appearing to be favoring them. It is an unintuitive paradox. Notice how 45 whites were chosen while only 40 blacks were chosen. This is while assuming equal population sizes of 100 whites and 100 blacks. So while it may appear to be that we're lifting up blacks, in actuality we end up with a 45% acceptance rate for whites and only a 40% acceptance rate for blacks. This can obviously be scaled to an arbitrary disparity in favor of whites (within reasonable ranges).

I agree entirely with your point about mono racial conditions, and we can aim towards that goal, but this method of discrimination is aimed at solving a problem within multi racial conditions.

It is a well known statistical paradox for a reason, so while it seems simple once explained, it isn't intuitive for the vast majority of people without an explanation.
