No, if I'm not certain of something I will admit it, and will even change my view if I'm wrong. There are examples of them selectively applying certain rules depending on what is good for the Jews. For example they have frequently denied the spouse of Jews citizenship despite the law you quoted stating otherwise.

I don't know if you noticed, but I also edited my statement before you replied to include that I dont think they would let someone immigrate if they belong to another religion, regardless of being ethnically Jewish. So I was right. You could still be atheist or agnostic.
