Nationlism isnt a policial system. You can say we shouldn't use the labels like Nazi or Fascism but it doesn't change the fact that we will need system like Fascism to the change the current trajectory of the West.

It is not as simple as getting a nationalist party in some democratic system and thinking things will get better. That underestimates just how degenerated the modern West is. So much of the corruption comes from institutions outside the influence of the State. The whole thing is rotten. What are you going to do about the fact the entire mass media is against you and encouraging rebellion against the nationalism you represent? How about all the globohomo NGOs or corrupt academic institutions? You can't do anything about it because that would be "fascist".

The State and institutions need to be seized by a revolutionary nationalist force, there is no other option.

The idea that a grassroots group could do this on their own is equally naive. Revolutions are won not by the people but by counter-elites. America cannot have a revolution unless it is ravaged by great power conflict in the near future, for this reason American nationalists ought to pray for direct American intervention against both China and Russia. Europe on the other hand has a chance only if the right wing elements of its military forces rebel against the American yoke around them. It doesn't necessarily need a full collapse, only cowardice or preoccupation of American leaders not to intervene in Europe.

I don't even care about America. I am talking about Europe. I don't believe you really need elites but you will need some support from within the military.

What makes you think military higher-ups aren't elites? A military coup would be exactly what I said, a counter-elite rising up against the ruling class.

Its feasible that a revolution could come from mid level officers. Perhaps some Lt. Colonels could assassinate the government and declare a coup.

Lt. Colonels command battalions and remain in close proximity to the men unlike generals

How likely (or feasible) is it for America to remove that yoke out of disinterest or for the purpose of a more militarized Europe?

I think it's the onus of European military officers to throw that yoke off themselves. They must remove their puppet governments, commandeer any nuclear weapons in their country, and assert their independence. If the French and German militaries join hands in doing this then all of Europe will soon be liberated from the Great Satan.

Big problem is Western countries is that to have a nationalist force you need enough people of the same lineage. This is why Western deracination is so evil, many/most of our states are simply proposition nations at this point and even people on the conservative side of the aisle will fight you if you speak against that.

I think the issue is much more opposition within your race than outside it. A united minority can absolutely control a larger group.
