Great point. The reason there's so many fucking Indians in tech is NOT because they're so smart (far from it) it's because the British taught them all to speak English. Otherwise we'd see next to no Pajeets in the West.

I shudder to think what would have happened by now if they made English mandatory in Chinese elementary schools starting in the 1940's.

Wait till French speaking Africans make up the majority of France, Belgium, and possibly even the French speaking parts of Switzerland.
