Scientifically speaking whites have never been considered to be a race. They belong to the caucasian race which includes people from Europe, parts of Asia and North Africa so skin color eye color and hair color vary widely.

Depends on what "science" you are looking at, race scientists who used the Indo-European link as their basis certainly considered whites a race.

You should respond by asking these leftists about white privilege. Then suddenly they can identify members of the white race again.

It's not traditional leftists that say that. It's shitlibs, which are a different animal. They say that because of 24/7 jew brainwashing that was formulated after ww2 with the frankfurt school and other primarily Jewish social movements. They set about deconstructing European/white identity in order to make the world safer for Jews(in their minds), and allow Jews to dominate globally without whites acting as rivals or getting in the way. Thanks to Jewish money and media influence this school of thought has proliferated to the point people are deluged with it constantly. Much of it subtle and some of it overt.

Eventually some Jews got tired of all this and didnt think it was working well enough thanks to the internet and the free flow of information contradicting their narrative, so they just decided to just push violence, intimidation and dystopian censorship in order to make whites go along with the program, which is how we got the summer of floyd, antifa, deplatforming, etc.

Because it's the taking part that counts.

Hello, I think I can help, I'm not a Wokist, but I have some understanding of the ideological left, heres the point they would make -

The left would define 'race' as a genetically homogenous subpopulation that reproduces inside the group. Using this definition, they would say that Chinese and Japanese people are separate races. The 'Japanese' would be a 'race' because they are genetically homogenous by some standard and reproduce with other 'Japanese'. 'Asian' is not a race, because 'Japanese' and 'Chinese' are separate 'racial groups'.

This all boils down to how you define a homogenous subpopulation

The leftist position is that race has no biological basis and is just a social construct, so you are incorrect here.

Sorry to double reply here. Just want to say that 'Left' and 'Right' isn't always so black and white. I probably fall on the left, but I think you would be surprised at some of the things we probably agree on: Wokism is toxic, I am pro gun rights, I like free speech and hate censorship, I am 'unvaccinated', UBI is a terrible idea, voter ID is not racist

What makes me left? Well, I'm cool with billionaires paying more taxes, and I really don't understand why so many republicans are anti recreational marijuana, seriously, who cares, it's nobody's business but mine. Also I like Obamacare because I needed to be able to buy health insurance when the dems fired me for being unvaccinated, and without it I would have been denied for pre-existing conditions.

Things are often more complicated than just left or right I guess I'm tryna say, I honestly don't feel as if either party represents people like me all the time

Oh yes, do not worry, I understand. Left and right are just words, really. The meaning varies entirely based on the context. In your case, you seem to be using more mainstream definitions. This sub is a bit different, though. Almost no one here would describe the Republicans as "right wing", although I doubt there are many who would describe them as left wing either.

You have a point....I would say the woke left believes race is a social construct. There are some on the left who don't buy into wokism and would admit race is real, but say other factors play a role. I would count myself among that group. Socially I am more of a libertarian, but I lean left on some economic issues - I am almost as afraid of big corporations as I am of the Government. I did vote for Bernie Sanders as a registered democrat

People do what is politically advantageous for them and avoid doing what is politically disadvantageous. It's that simple, really.
