I think a more plausible explanation for that anomaly -- and thank you for the link -- is the lower vaccination rate in the Ultra-Orthodox population which plays a large part in driving the higher birthrates in Israel. That was also basically Israel's brithrate before COVID as well which should be noted. Also I can't really tell from that graph but I'm not aware of any massive decrease in birthrate in other vaccinated countries.

Orthodox jews also aren't getting vaccinated anymore, in the podcast I posted Dr. Malone actually talked about how the Orthodox jews were monitoring menstruation cycles in women and after noticing anomalies in women who were vaxed they made a rule discouraging the vax.
