He is an inspiring speaker. Its ironic that the man who gives the most inspiring speeches in English today is a Finn.

When you have England, Australia, Canada and New Zealand imprisoning anyone who barely wants his/her folks to exist, you will have genuinely good speakers who will not dare deliver speeches. This is why we do not have good English-speaking speakers, apart from a very few.
