The law doesn't matter. All that matters is who interprets the law. For 239 years, marriage was seen by all Americans as a union between man and woman. Then suddenly in 2015, 4 Jews and an Irishman on the supreme court determined that by marriage, the founders also meant two men and two women.

Yes, the founders were apparently very pro-LGBT.

The law is no defense and if a justice system wants to throw you behind bars, they can. Show me the man and I'll show you the crime.
