IQ is a debunked measure. The tests are biased against anyone not intimately familiar with the culture of who makes them.

Intelligence relies on adequate nutrition and education. Poor people in food deserts with neglected schools are at a severe disadvantage. I too suffered from poverty - it fucked with my mind and behaviour so badly that I was almost denied from doing my GCSEs. I did the bare minimum to get into high school. In high school, my family's financial situation improved and ten years later I have just obtained my PhD.

It's not stupidity, it's fear of the outgroup because they haven't learned any better.

This isn't true and believe it or not psychologists measure for the cultural component of IQ. Some tests are higher on questions that have cultural components and some tests have more questions like the Raven's Progressive Matrices which has absolutely zero cultural component. Tests come out the same and in fact I've seen some data which suggests Blacks score slightly higher on IQ tests with a high cultural load.

Nutrition yes but poor Whites and poor Blacks from the exact same socio-economic strata still show the exact same 1SD difference and they're both presumably as able economically to get access to the same food. As for education no this is a total myth education doesn't in any significant way make people smarter. It can utilize intelligence but it doesn't increase it.

In absolute numbers there's actually way more poor Whites in the country but yet the IQ gap still remains.

I'll stick up for Blacks here and say they're probably justifiably skeptical of White people. Especially White leftists who are insane people who I wouldn't trust to babysit my dog. Group differences in IQ are best understood as environmental in origin.

From page 447 of "Human Intelligence" by Earl Hunt:

"It is worth remembering that no genes related to difference in cognitive skills across the various racial and ethnic groups have ever been discovered. The argument for genetic differences has been carried forward largely by circumstantial evidence. Terrible argument. You don't need to have found the genes to know there are differences. Just because we don't know every gene associated with height yet and know whether they are more or less prevalent in different groups doesn't mean we can't know the average height in Japan is significantly lower than the average height in Denmark.

Well I'd say with all respect to Mr Hunt it's a lot better -- and not 'circumstantial' at all -- then there is for the idea that all humans in fact have the same potential for intelligence. That's actually an extraordinary claim and would be utterly miraculous in any standard theory of evolution that we didn't evolve profound cognitive differences given 40, 50, 60, 70 thousand years often of separate evolution. That is an extraordinary and miraculous claim and would basically require a rethinking of standard Darwinian theory and amazing proof and egalitarians have none. Just saying 'we haven't found the genes yet' doesn't mean an egalitarian has made his claim true.

The genes that determine height have been identified.

Still waiting for any evidence that identifies a consistent genetic difference between European and sub-Saharan people that overwhelms socioeconomic factors for intelligence.

No some of them have. It doesn't matter though if none or all of them had been you can still say with confidence that Japan and Denmark have differences in height that given their countries both having first world living standards and an abundance of high quality food nearly certainly means that difference is genetic.

In other words finding the specific genes are less important than say twin studies which can tell you all sorts of important things about heritability and the impact of nature vs nurture despite not telling you anything specific about genes at the molecular level.

Hundreds of genetic traits have already been identified as heavily corresponding (causal) to intelligence. Base intelligence is effectively 100% genetics short of literal environmentally stunting effects. How that base intelligence is fostered makes a difference in whether that person will harness their potential, but the base platform they're harnessing is still limited to their brain's abilities not unlike a man limited by his other physical/genetic limitations.

There are several companies already specializing in these fields that have shown these genetic traits, these fields which overlap with eugenics ("designer babies"), not to mention countless researchers worldwide who have. Talking about these facts publicly became "taboo" only in the cucked west which has been hijacked by globalist-communist-imposed "diversity" strife which prefers to race hustle and worship delusion-based feelings rather than "racist" facts. One of the problems about arguing against the genetic basis for IQ is the fact that other physical traits can be linked to genetics. Saying IQ cant be linked to genetics is special pleading. Its asking people to wilfully ignore reality, that being low IQ breeds low IQ. Down Syndrome is genetic. Albinism is genetic. Giants, dwarves, people with tails, hairy people, wet ear wax, dry ear wax.
But if anyone mentions IQ and genetics then people screech racism and wonder why smart people stop listening to their bullshit.

after WWII the US "Marshall Plan" involved giving 13 billion dollars to Europe to help them recover, which they did. I believe the equivalent of 10+ Marshall plans have been spent on Africa and they're still as retarded and useless as ever.

That's due to the culture issue I pointed out above. IQ tests are biased towards the culture of the people who made them. I'm a doctor but I'm British so I'd probably score lower than average on a test about US history.

Not to get too personal but are you in medicine? If so you must know of the massive amounts of profound racial differences in medicine and how they affect treatment, diagnosis and a whole host of other factors in medicine.

I just can't see how you could reconcile those known and totally accepted facts in medicine with your other claim that race is merely skin colour.

Obviously. Although the claim iirc is that blacks are on average 9 points lower IQ than whites. You'd hardly notice that except on the low IQ end of the graph. 100 vs 109 IQ is not something you'd really notice a huge difference between. 80 and 71 is a bit different as you start entering into functional retardation.

You do realize race is more than just skin colour right? Funny aside in nearly all mammalian species higher levels of melanin causes higher levels of aggression. So even if race were just skin colour -- which obviously it isn't -- that small fact alone would still have some significance.
