Socioeconomic factors are significant in determining intelligence. The level of melanin in skin is not.

how many more decades and hundreds of billions of dollars worth of social aid and programs do you reckon it will take to elevate the intelligence of niggers in America beyond their perpetual retard status

after WWII the US "Marshall Plan" involved giving 13 billion dollars to Europe to help them recover, which they did. I believe the equivalent of 10+ Marshall plans have been spent on Africa and they're still as retarded and useless as ever.

it doesn't matter how many times they change the education systems, or lower the standards or offer them welfare benefits or change dey culcha. these things are inherently retarded (on average 😏) and nothing outside of gene editing or eugenics is going to change that

That's due to the culture issue I pointed out above. IQ tests are biased towards the culture of the people who made them. I'm a doctor but I'm British so I'd probably score lower than average on a test about US history.

See my other comment. IQ tests aren't trivia quizzes and the cultural component is known and taken into account yet the gap remains.

As a follow up if it's all about culture then why do NE Asians both in Asia and in Western countries score higher on the very same IQ tests you allege are culturally biased?

Not to get too personal but are you in medicine? If so you must know of the massive amounts of profound racial differences in medicine and how they affect treatment, diagnosis and a whole host of other factors in medicine.

I just can't see how you could reconcile those known and totally accepted facts in medicine with your other claim that race is merely skin colour.

I'm well aware of racial factors in medicine, such as prevalences of sickle cell anaemia. Race is not a factor in human intelligence.

Its pretty easy to do. The argument that IQ is not genetic is Wronger than Wrong. Saying it is 'cultural factors' misses the point that retarded cultures breed and reward retarded people. Saying it is 'socio-economic factors' misses the point that retarded people out-breed their circumstances leading to more retards who breed even more retards flooding the world with retarded people.

Obviously. Although the claim iirc is that blacks are on average 9 points lower IQ than whites. You'd hardly notice that except on the low IQ end of the graph. 100 vs 109 IQ is not something you'd really notice a huge difference between. 80 and 71 is a bit different as you start entering into functional retardation.

Not even close. Full blacks are 70IQ on average, black-white mulattoes 85 which is the middle point between 70 and 100 funnily enough.

American black IQ average is 86, a standard deviation below whites (1 SD = 15 points, whites are 100IQ). 85IQ is considered to be unable to do basically any job, which explains the massive amounts of black unemployment. It's also the average IQ of psychopaths, and prisoners.

You do realize race is more than just skin colour right? Funny aside in nearly all mammalian species higher levels of melanin causes higher levels of aggression. So even if race were just skin colour -- which obviously it isn't -- that small fact alone would still have some significance.
