Holy crap, hell yes. There isn't a single major site that doesn't have a non-white person (usually black) in its advertising front and center these days. I could understand the occasional non-white here and there, but literally 95% of major service or product websites, everywhere from Spectrum to Yahoo to Blue Apron, not to mention physical retail stores like Walmart and Target, are so obviously pandering and trying as hard as possible to be "diverse" that they've swung hilariously in an absurd direction, to the point where if you were an alien trying to assess the ethnic makeup of the United States based on this crap alone, you'd think it were majority black.

Even Youtube channels that feature someone talking about a subject to a related series of illustrations like TED usually have black people front and center, even when it's not really appropriate, like a video they had on ancient Greece some months ago where the artist decided to depict everyone as black for some reason. Well, not for some reason, for a very specific and extremely dumb reason we all know.

They're all supposed to be Greek, but god damn do they look black. Were Greeks black back then?
